Jignesh Davda is a proprietary trader and systems architect with more than a decade of experience operating live trading environments and automated execution infrastructure.
He began his career in the late 1990s working with multinational organizations including IBM and KPMG, where he developed a strong foundation in enterprise technology, systems thinking, and large-scale operational environments.
He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, building and operating businesses across multiple sectors including hospitality, logistics, and consumer ventures. This period shaped a practical, operator-led approach to risk, execution, and capital deployment.
Over time, Jignesh combined his entrepreneurial background with a deep technical focus on automation and trading systems. This led to the formation of Greenhill Research LLP, a UK-based software development and quantitative trading company that was an early pioneer in automated market-making infrastructure within the Web3 digital asset ecosystem.
In parallel with building trading infrastructure, Jignesh has written extensively on algorithmic trading, system design, and financial markets. His work spans hands-on technical education as well as broader market analysis and has been published through established third-party platforms.
Jignesh is the proposed founder and sole principal of both TraderSwift and TraderSwift Labs. Upon incorporation, control person designation will be clarified for each entity as required by the relevant regulatory framework.
