TraderSwift

Proprietary Trading & Systematic Execution (Proposed)

TraderSwift is a proposed proprietary trading operation intended to execute systematic and algorithmic trading strategies using its own capital.

TraderSwift is not intended to offer investment products, advisory services, managed accounts, or system access to third parties.

Background

TraderSwift's proposed architecture leverages data models, operational patterns, and engineering experience developed by the founder during prior quantitative trading efforts, including work undertaken at Greenhill Research LLP (UK).

The proposed approach emphasizes live execution over simulation, systematic decision processes based on quantitative models, explicit risk and state management, and long-running production-grade systems.

Founder

Jignesh Davda is a proprietary trader and systems architect with more than a decade of experience operating live trading environments and automated execution infrastructure. His background includes enterprise technology roles at IBM and KPMG, founding of Greenhill Research LLP (UK), and extensive technical writing on algorithmic trading systems and execution architecture.

TraderSwift Labs (Proposed)

To support continued internal infrastructure development, engineering and research activities are intended to be conducted separately under TraderSwift Labs — a proposed software research entity focused on deterministic, state-aware systems for real-time execution environments.

Intended Activities

TraderSwift is intended to focus on executing proprietary trading strategies using the entity's capital. All trading activity would be conducted using proprietary capital only. No external users, clients, or customer accounts are contemplated.

Proprietary Execution

Event-driven execution and risk systems operating on proprietary capital.

Risk & State Management

Explicit risk controls, position management, and system state tracking.

Internal Software

Deployment of internally developed orchestration and execution software.

Multi-Venue Operations

Internal trading configurations connected to one or more external venues.

Regulatory & Operating Intent

TraderSwift is intended to operate as a proprietary trading entity. Any future incorporation is intended to occur within an appropriate regulatory framework. Trading activity, account ownership, and financial risk would be confined exclusively to TraderSwift.

Intended Operating Model

  • Trades its own capital only
  • Does not manage third-party funds
  • Does not accept client assets
  • Does not provide investment advice

Note: TraderSwift is a proposed entity and is not currently incorporated or licensed. No trading activity is currently conducted under this name. This website describes intended future operations subject to regulatory approval.
